Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik has told police he had several targets in mind when he was arrested following the twin attacks in the country.
Norwegian police has refused to confirm a press report that the targets included Norway's Royal Palace and the headquarters of the governing Labour Party.
Breivik has admitted carrying out the terrorist attacks but pleaded not guilty in a court hearing.
The anti-Islam terrorist says he aimed to change the Western Europe's policies which encourage Muslim immigration.
Eight days ago, a total of 77 people were killed in a bomb attack in Oslo and a shooting spree on Utoeya Island.
Many analysts believe West is so obsessed with what it calls Islamic extremism that it has overlooked simmering homegrown terrorism among its own nationals.
